"National volleyball men" Al-Seeb faces Oman in the semi-finals of the Arab Championship
The first men’s volleyball team of Al-Ahli Club will meet today, Friday, with the Omani club Al-Seeb, in the semi-finals of the Arab Club Championship held in Qatar.
The match will be held inside the Qatar Club hall. It begins at exactly five-thirty in the evening, Cairo time, and Al-Ahly is preparing for it by participating in a morning training session, as it seeks to win and qualify for the final match.
And he succeeded. Al-Ahly qualified for the semi-finals after defeating Al-Salam of Oman 3-2, while Al-Seeb qualified after defeating Qatar of Qatar 3-2.
The flying men’s delegation in Qatar includes 14 players. They are Hossam Youssef, Abdel Halim Abbou, Mohamed Ramadan, Yonder Garcia, Mohamed Asran, Abdel Rahman Al-Husseini, Islam Abdel Samie, Ahmed Azab, and Andrea Santangelo. Saif Abed, Mustafa Jaber, Ziad Osama, Abdel Rahman Saudi, and Mohamed Othman.
The technical staff includes Fernando Munoz as technical director, Mohamed Al-Sayed Abdel Fattah as general coach, and Mohamed Al-Husseini as assistant coach. Abdul Latif Othman, the team manager, Ihab Fakhr El-Din, the team doctor, Islam Mohammadi, the physical therapist, Rosper Campos, the performance analyst, and Osama Tuaima, physical rehabilitation specialist.
