The Disciplinary Committee punishes a coach for speaking out against the technical staff of the competing team

During its last meeting, the Disciplinary Committee of the UAE Football Association decided to impose several penalties, according to what was published on the Federation’s official website.

The committee punished Al Jazira Club’s goalkeeping coach, Alban Djibout, by preventing him from accompanying his team in one match, and a fine of 15,000 dirhams, after he verbally abused the opposing team’s technical staff during Al Jazira’s last match against Shabab Al Ahly in the President’s Cup.

In the U-17 Emirates Cup competition, the committee issued a warning of a fine of 5,000 dirhams to Al-Wasl club coach, Luis Carlos, for “making impolite movements towards the players of the opposing team.” It also decided to suspend Shabab Al-Ahly club player, Faris Ali Abdullah, for three matches and fine 7,500 dirhams for pushing the opposing team’s coach, and to suspend his colleague Hamdan Eid Suleiman for five matches and fine him 15,000 dirhams for assaulting him. The opposing team’s player without the ball, shouting at the opposing team’s fans.

In the same competition, the committee suspended Al-Wasl Club player, Adam Ahmed Mahrous, for three matches and fined 11,250 dirhams for assaulting the opposing team’s player without the ball.

The committee also decided to suspend Majd Club player, Youssef Absher Ali Al-Nuwairi, for two matches and fine him 10,000 dirhams for verbally abusing the match observer during a match in the First Division Club League.
