Yesterday, the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center distributed 1,050 food baskets in the Shahdad Kot area of Sindh Province in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
It benefited 6,524 individuals, from the most needy groups in areas affected by the floods, as part of the project to support food security in Pakistan for the year 2025 AD.
Zaatari camp
The Saudi Community Service Center affiliated with the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center organized the 32nd training and educational course in the Zaatari camp for Syrian refugees in Jordan.

The courses included learning craft and manual skills in the field of sewing and embroidery, drawing, and culinary arts, in addition to strengthening lessons for male and female students, a literacy course, and learning the English language, from which 314 male and female students benefited. With the aim of developing the scientific and life skills of Syrian refugees and refining their talents to enable them to coexist with the exceptional circumstances in the refugee environment, and to provide them with a decent life that makes the family self-reliant in meeting the basic requirements of life.
Distribution of 40 tons of dates
Yesterday, the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center inaugurated the distribution of 40 tons of dates in the city of Wad Madani in Al-Jazeera State in Sudan, as part of the date distribution project in the Republic of Sudan for the year 2025 AD.

The Governor of Al-Jazeera State, Al-Taher Ibrahim Al-Khair, extended his sincere thanks to the King Salman Relief Center and its efforts in delivering aid to those affected by the current humanitarian crisis in his country, stressing the importance of this project in reducing the burden on the affected families. It is noteworthy that the project aims to distribute 441 tons of dates to the most needy families in the states of Kassala, Gedaref, Red Sea, River Nile, Blue Nile, White Nile, Sennar, and Gezira, benefiting 441,250 individuals.
Educational supplies
Yesterday, the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center distributed 1,247 double chairs, 560 single chairs, and 56 wheelchairs, in addition to computers and office supplies, to support 35 centers for people with disabilities and 26 literacy schools in several Yemeni governorates, as part of the second phase of the project to respond to development needs. Local capacities to teach literacy students and people with disabilities in Yemen.

The Undersecretary of the Yemeni Ministry of Social Development, Saleh Mahmoud, praised the great support provided by the King Salman Relief Center to the Yemeni people, stressing that the project meets the needs of the most needy groups and represents a positive step towards achieving the sustainable development goals for the year 2025 AD.

The project aims to provide quality and sustainable educational opportunities to the target groups in the governorates of Aden, Hadramaut, Al Dhalea, Lahj, Shabwa, and Al Mahra, benefiting 9,747 individuals, including 6,527 individuals with special needs, 2,389 individuals from literacy students, and 831 educational staff in centers and schools. Targeted.
Kingdom gift
Yesterday, the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center delivered a gift of 25 tons of dates from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the State of Eritrea.
The aid was delivered – on behalf of the Centre – by the Acting Chargé d’Affairs at the Kingdom’s Embassy in Eritrea, Tamim bin Salem Al-Aloula, to the government of Eritrea, in the presence of a team from the Centre, at the headquarters of the Kingdom’s Embassy in the capital, Asmara.

The gift comes within the relief and humanitarian programs provided by the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Highness the Crown Prince – may God protect them – to a number of brotherly and friendly countries around the world.
Purchasing vouchers
Yesterday, the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center distributed purchasing vouchers enabling the beneficiary to purchase winter clothing according to his choice from approved stores in the town of Jenderes in Aleppo Governorate in the Syrian Arab Republic, benefiting 1,288 members of the most needy families affected by the earthquake, as part of the “Kanf” initiative project. To distribute winter clothing in Syria.

This comes within the framework of the relief and humanitarian efforts provided by the Kingdom through its humanitarian arm, the King Salman Relief Centre. To help countries and people in need around the world.
