Abu Dhabi Water Sports launches a program to develop swimming coaches with international expertise

ABU DHABI, 15 APRIL/WAM/ The Abu Dhabi Water Sports Club announced the use of a number of international expertise in the field of training, to support and develop the club’s swimming coaches, through a specialized work program that was launched today at the club’s headquarters, and will continue for 3 days, under the auspices of the Abu Dhabi Sports Council.
The program is held with the participation of 20 trainers from the club’s various training centers in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and Al Dhafra, and includes specialized topics that include developing technical skills, modern training methods, designing training programs, and building a positive performance environment in accordance with the highest international standards, within the club’s strategic vision to improve technical competencies and support them in preparation for upcoming events that will witness several continental and global participations.
Hamid Al Hoti, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Water Sports Club, stressed the club’s keenness to invest in technical personnel as the basic foundation for developing the game, by benefiting from global expertise and applying the best training practices, pointing out that the program is an important step within the club’s strategic plan to build an integrated swimming system capable of preparing distinguished generations of swimmers, and creating a professional and motivating work environment for coaches, which will reflect positively on the level of performance and results.
