“The First Avenue” expects two contracts worth 183 million riyals

Last Thursday, Al -Jahad Al -Aqariya Real Estate Development signed a real estate mediation agreement with the Dorreal Real Estate Slaus Company.
The company said in a statement on Saudi Arabia’s circulation: The value of the contract is estimated at 57 million riyals, while the contract period is 30 days.
She added that the contract includes: entitlement to mediation fees when signing the contract and emptying.
She expected positive financial returns to the company in the year 2025, noting that the aim of the deal is to enhance the company’s real estate mediation activity.
Al -Jahad Al -Aworthy Real Estate Development Company signed a contract to sell a land and a commercial building with the Laber Real Estate Fund.
She added that the contract includes: the sale of a property is a six -storey office tower and commercial stores from various restaurants and cafes with an area of 2,743 square meters in the Al -Shati neighborhood in Jeddah, and the sale of land owned by the first Avenue for Real Estate Development, with an area of 2,747 square meters in the Al -Shati neighborhood of Jeddah.
She explained that the value of the contract is estimated at 125.964 million riyals, while the contract period is 30 days.
It stated that the contract includes: payment of the value by issuing investment units in the fund equivalent to the agreed value after completing the regular procedures.
It expected a capital profit of about 19.5 million riyals, whose impact will appear in 2025.
