Tunisia team and"Strong" They qualify for a semi -finals "Dubai International Basket"
Dubai, January 30 / WAM / The Tunisian team and the Filipino team reserved their seats in the semi -finals of the Dubai International Basketball Championship in its 34th edition, which is currently held at the Rashid Bin Hamdan Hall in Al -Nasr Club.
The Tunisian team succeeded in qualifying for the golden square after its victory over the Jordanian Omani Federation, with a score of 93-83 in the first quarter-finals matches that were held today, to become the first to qualify for the semi-finals.
In the second match, the Strong team, the runner-up of the last version, continued its brilliance in the championship, and beat the Sharjah team with a score of 100-63, to reserve the qualification card and set an appointment with the Tunisian team in the semi-finals next Saturday.
The quarter -finals will continue tomorrow, Friday, with two games, where the Emirates team will meet the Libyan Al -Ahly of Tripoli, while the second meeting will witness a pure Lebanese confrontation between Beirut and wisdom, in a struggle over the last two cards for the golden square.
