The land, sea and air customs outlets recorded 1314 cases of prohibitions in a week.
This comes within the framework of the ongoing efforts made by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority to enhance the security aspect and protect society from the prohibitions of all kinds and forms.

55 varieties of narcotic substances

The seized items included 55 varieties of narcotic substances, such as hashish, cocaine, heroin, youth, Captagon pills, etc., in addition to 755 prohibited materials.
The customs outlets also witnessed the frustration of 2234 tobacco and its derivatives, along with 50 cases of sums of money, and 8 varieties of weapons and their supplies.

The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority emphasized that it is continuing to tighten customs control over the Kingdom’s imports and exports, in order to achieve the security and protection of society, in cooperation and continuous coordination with all its partners from the relevant authorities.

Anti -smuggling

The authority called on everyone to contribute to combating smuggling to protect society and the national economy.
