7 athletes represent the UAE in “Asian Winter Games”

The UAE participates in the ninth Asian Winter Games hosted by the Chinese city of Harbin during the period from the seventh to February 14, with a total of 1500 athletes and sports from 34 Asian Olympic committees.

The UAE represents seven athletes, with six players and one player who compete in three diverse sports, namely: zigzag, free skiing, and plate skiing (Snoward).

According to a press release from the National Olympic Committee, Hassan Al -Fardan, Abdullah Al -Balushi and Alex Estridge are playing the winding skiing sport, while Abdullah Al -Rashid and Sultan Al -Kindi will compete in free skiing competitions, and Amna Al -Muhairi and Hamid Al -Ansari will participate in the sport of Al -Sanopord.

The UAE delegation begins its participation in the session on the eighth of February through the loose skiing and skiing sports on the board, and the UAE delegation participating in the Asian Winter Games prepared with an external preparation camp recently concluded in Georgia and spanned nearly six days.
