The advanced facility includes a production area with an area of ​​750 thousand square feet and a storage square with an area of ​​800 thousand square feet, and its annual production capacity is more than 700 thousand cubic meters. It is expected that the “Sivtek” factory will contribute to a major shift in the construction sector in the UAE by providing pre -cast concrete solutions, designed to raise the quality and efficiency of projects implementation, especially in light of the rapid growth witnessed in this sector.

In his speech during the opening, Engineer Abdel Halim Mohid stressed the importance of the transformation role of the factory in the future of construction, with the techniques of the new generation of prescription for pre -casting.

For his part, Abdullah bin Damithan toured the new facility, and was briefed on modern production systems, highlighting its upcoming contribution to the industrial sector of the UAE.

Bin Damithn praised this achievement, saying: “We are proud of the opening of the leading” Siftk “facility in the National Industries Complex, the construction sector contributes about 12% to the economy of the UAE, and it is expected that it will grow at an annual growth rate of 4.26% until 2030.
