المملكة: New electronic services via “Absher” to enhance civil status services
The supervisor of the Ministry of Interior Agency for Civil Status, Major General Dr. Saleh bin Saad Al -Murabaa on Monday, at the Ministry of the Ministry’s Club in Riyadh, new electronic services through the “Absher” platform in cooperation with the Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (Sayya).
The new services include a family record request (damaged allowance and a missing allowance), and the issuance of birth and death certificates for incubating families, with the possibility of issuing a death certificate through the “Absher” application for smartphones.
The civil status indicated that the beneficiaries can see the procedures and requirements of these services by entering their accounts on the “Absher” platform or through the “Absher” application on smartphones, within the framework of improving electronic transactions, with the aim of providing smart digital solutions that enhance the quality and efficiency of the services provided to the beneficiaries .
