His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum stressed that strengthening positive international cooperation in the participation of knowledge and experiences aimed at upgrading peoples is a firm trend for the UAE, translated by the global government summit in a sublime message whose axis enhances the development of governments and the prosperity of societies, and ensuring a better future for future generations.

His Highness said: “We believe in the UAE that the future is a global affair, global humanitarian ambition and collective responsibility towards future generations … We see in international cooperation and global partnerships aimed at enabling governments to catch up with the future, the best formula for relations between countries, and the optimal solution to enhance the path of human civilization and ensure participation Everyone is writing a new chapter of her story. “

His Highness added: “We are proud of the achievements of the government cognitive exchange program that was developed and launched from the World Government Summit to various continents of the world … Today we are witnessing the results of a cooperative effort and fruitful international partnership, by graduating the elite government leaders in 33 countries around the world … We look forward to enhancing cooperation and expanding a circle Benefiting from cognitive exchange programs, to be a model for a positive, fruitful and tangible impact on governments and peoples.

The graduation was attended by Abdullah Nasser Lootah, Assistant Minister of Cabinet Affairs for Competitiveness and Cognitive Exchange.

The leadership programs that were graduated through the World Summit of Governments 2025 included both the second batch of the International Government Managers Program, which was launched in partnership between the government cognitive exchange office and the Mohammed bin Rashid Center for Leadership Preparation, which included 28 of the elite international government leaders.

The programs that were graduated also included the first batch of the leadership program for the executives of the Bermuda government, which included 17 associates, the first batch of the Supreme Executive Leadership Program for the Malta Government, which included 24 affiliates, the first batch of the young leadership program in Kyrgyzstan, which included 25 affiliates, and the second batch of the executive leadership program of the government Seychelles, which included 28 associates.

It is noteworthy that the World Government Summit witnessed the launch of the UAE government cognitive exchange program, in an initiative to enhance international partnerships through the participation of experiences, experiences, success stories and government knowledge exchange, which contributes to enabling governments, enhancing their capabilities and qualifying their leaders for future requirements.
