For his part, the governor of the Malaysian state of Penang praised the efforts of Al -Azhar Al -Sharif as a mosque and a university led by Sheikh Al -Azhar Al -Sharif, His Excellency the Grand Imam, Dr. Ahmed Al -Tayeb, the Undersecretary of Al -Azhar, Dr. Muhammad Al -Dawini, and the President of the University, Dr. Salama Jumaa Dawood. & nbsp;
