The Ministry of Education has set a maximum period of only 15 minutes to allow the late students to enter the test hall, provided that a pledge not to be delayed is signed, and in the event of a repeat of the violation, the procedures stipulated in the rules of behavior and perseverance are applied.
The deduction of a degree of perseverance for each unjustified delay includes, according to what the school control and supervision committee decides, and if the student exceeds the period of half the time specified for the test, he will not be allowed to enter in any way and an official record is edited.

Strong controls to ensure justice

The Ministry of Education stressed that any error discovered in the test questions during its conclusion or in the correction process must be dealt with completely so that it does not negatively affect the results of the students and does not cause harm to any student and these errors are dealt with by editing an official report and keeping the questions as they are Then the competent committee takes the appropriate decision.
The decision includes the redistribution scores that contain the error to the rest of the questions or amend the distribution of grades in the event of a deficiency or an increase in the number of questions compared to the answer form.
The school administration enjoys the validity of the decision to achieve the interest of the student, with the need to adhere to the full accuracy in implementing the procedures to ensure justice and not harm students.

Preventing books and notes to prevent

The Ministry stressed the need for students to adhere to the specified instructions before entering the test hall. Among these instructions is to prevent the pregnancy of any papers, books or notes, and to be satisfied with the necessary written tools that must be free from any written symbols or notes.
The Ministry also stressed the need for students to write their names and answers using the blue pen, while third -grade students are allowed to use the pencil, provided that the writing is clear.
Likewise, the answers are clearly arranged so that the answer number is written next to the question number, while leaving a sufficient distance between each answer and the non -use of ovarian peg and not providing more than one answer to one question.

Tightening penalties for cheaters

The Ministry confirmed that cheating in all its forms, attempting to cheat or providing assistance to others to cheat by any means was an explicit violation of the regulations, and it results in taking regular measures.
She also stressed the need for the student to adhere to his seat and not to move from one place to another except after the permission of the supervisor or the observer, and that any behavior would violate the system within the test hall or violate the regulations and instructions.
Or the creation of chaos or infringement of one of the officials with inappropriate or contradictory words will lead to strict measures, against the violating student according to what the approved regulations require.

The Ministry of Education stated that the teachers are not authorized to answer any inquiries related to the test questions during its meeting except in cases that require that.
And these cases such as the existence of unclear words, as the chairman of the committee is allowed to clarify the matter in coordination, with the teacher of the competent subject, in order not to affect students ’focus or direct them in any way that may affect the integrity of the test.

These measures come within the framework of the Ministry of Education’s endeavor to enhance discipline in tests, ensure justice among students, and to consolidate the principle of equal opportunities through the application of clear and strict systems that achieve integrity and transparency in the educational process.
