المملكة: In implementation of the leadership’s directives, the Filipino conjoined twins (Olivia and Gianna) arrive in Riyadh
In implementation of the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister – may God protect them – the Filipino conjoined twins (Olivia and Gianna) arrived at King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, accompanied by their families, coming from the Republic of the Philippines, where the twins were transferred upon their arrival to the King Abdullah Specialist Hospital for Children at the Ministry of the National Guard; To study their condition and consider the possibility of separating them.
The General Supervisor of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center and Head of the Medical and Surgical Team of the Saudi Program for Conjoined Twins, Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Rabiah, said that these initiatives embody the established humanitarian values of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, whose impact has extended to various parts of the earth.
Al-Rabiah expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and His Highness the Crown Prince – may God protect them – for the attention and care they give to the program, pointing out that this program is a unique model of Saudi medical progress and excellence, and is in line with the goals and vision of the Kingdom 2030, which seeks to advance the health sector and make it Among the best health systems in the world.
