The UAE condemns the criminal run over in Munich, Germany

The UAE has expressed its condemnation of the criminal run -over that took place in the German city of Munich, which led to the injury of a number of innocent people.

In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stressed that the UAE expresses its strong condemnation of these criminal acts, and its constant rejection of all forms of violence that targets the safe and leads to destabilizing security and stability.

She also expressed her solidarity with the Federal Republic of Germany and its friendly people as a result of this reprehensible work, and her wishes for a speedy recovery for all the injured.

The German authorities have said that a driver shocked his car in a group of people in Munich, today, Thursday, wounding at least 20 people.

The police said, on the social media platform “X”, that the driver was “detained” at the site of the accident and that it was no longer a threat.

The firefighting administration said at least 20 people were injured, some of them in serious condition, according to the German news agency (DPA).
The mayor of Munich, Dieter Reich, said he was “strongly shocked” from the accident, adding that children were among the injured.
