India and America are planning to raise their trade exchange to $ 500 billion by 2030

New Delhi, February 15 / WAM / Indian Foreign Minister, Vikram Missri, announced that India and the United States are planning to increase the volume of trade exchange between them to reach $ 500 billion by 2030, in the framework of strengthening the economic partnership between the two countries.
The Indian News Agency, ANI, quoted the Indian minister as confirming that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and US President Donald Trump reviewed during Modi’s visit to the United States, major initiatives aimed at accelerating military partnerships, technological progress and promoting trade exchange between the two countries.
Maysary explained that the two leaders expressed their commitment to negotiating a comprehensive and multiple commercial agreement by the fall of 2025, which contributes to enhancing cooperation in the commodity and services sectors, as well as their commitment to establish sustainable investment projects in high -value industries in both countries.
Missri also revealed plans to develop a ten -year -old framework for defense partnership between India and the United States for the period between 2025 and 2035, in addition to continuing negotiations on defense purchases, which include land and air systems and agreements for joint production.
