369 million dinars in real estate trading since the beginning of 2026 in Bahrain

Real estate data confirmed that the value of real estate trading deals in the Kingdom of Bahrain amounted to about 369 million dinars from the beginning of the year until April 18, 2026, through the implementation of 8,080 deals, which reflects the continued activity in the real estate market during the last period.

She explained that the volume of real estate trading during the month of April until the 18th of this month amounted to about 86 million dinars, through 1,662 transactions, in an indication of an active trading pace during the month.
