Sahl’s Board of Directors recommends distributing 50 million riyals in dividends for the year 2025

Today, the Board of Directors of Sahl Finance Company recommended distributing cash dividends to shareholders for the fiscal year 2025.

The company said in a statement on its website "Saudi Arabia trading"The total amount distributed is 50 million riyals, while the share of the distribution is 0.50 riyals.

She added that the eligibility for shareholders who own shares will be at the end of trading on the day of the General Assembly of Shareholders (which will be determined later) and who are registered in the company’s shareholder register with the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the date of the assembly.

She noted that the distribution date will be determined later.
