المملكة: Intensive control campaigns on the livestock market in Al -Qunfudhah and Al -Layth

Specialists in the Department of Public Power Markets at the Office of the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture in Al -Qunfudhah and Al -Layth governorates carried out extensive regulatory campaigns on livestock markets.
This came after a number of violations were monitored, which were the presence of sellers and shoppers outside the official times of the market, especially during the late night hours, which requires strict measures to reduce these abuses.

Organizing market work

These campaigns aim to regulate market work and ensure commitment to approved regulations, to reduce random sale and improve the level of services provided to educators, merchants and consumers alike.
Specialists called on all workers in the livestock sector to cooperate and join hands to adhere to the regulations, stressing that the regulation of markets contributes effectively to promoting veterinary control, reducing the spread of diseases among animals, and improving the market environment in general.

They stressed the need for everyone to adhere to the deadlines for the markets, noting that the supervisory teams will continue their sudden field trips to control any violations, and will take the deterrent regulatory measures against violators.
This campaign comes within the framework of the Ministry’s efforts to improve market conditions, ensure animal safety and health, consumer protection, and enhance transparency and justice in the markets.
The Ministry emphasizes the importance of everyone’s cooperation to make these efforts successful, and to upgrade the level of services provided in livestock markets.
