"luxury" and"Masdar City" They launch the master plan for the project "Fay Hills"
ABU DHABI, December 22nd / WAM / Taraf, the real estate arm of Yas Holding, and Masdar City, the leading sustainable urban area in Abu Dhabi, announced their cooperation in developing “Tilal Vye”, a residential project that extends over an area of 153 acres, and is designed according to the highest standards in the concepts of sustainability, health and a human-centered lifestyle.
The “Tilal Vye” project is located within “Masdar City” and includes four residential villages connected to each other, linked by shaded paths surrounded by green trees, along with picturesque gardens. This project is unique in combining the “Tarf” approach based on innovative designs and sustainability, which forms the solid foundation of “Masdar City”, and aims to provide a residential complex characterized by its calm and balanced atmosphere, and simulates the future.
As part of this pioneering project, the two partners also launched “Fai Gardens”, which constitutes its first village, and the first phase of the master plan. “Vay Gardens” extends over an area of 33 acres, and includes 130 villas spread around three distinct gardens: “Terra”, “Arya” and “Azzura”, each of which provides unique social and entertainment experiences.
