He spoke in the council, Lt. Col. Drivers warned against the risk of being busy driving because of the use of the phone to browse the Internet and social media, make a call, or take pictures, and others, pointing out that it is one of the behaviors that may lead to grave traffic accidents.

Lt. Col.
