Sharjah City Municipality announced the start of issuing the necessary permit for the sites of preparation and sale of foods during the daylight hours in Ramadan (including sites in commercial centers), as well as a permit to display foods in front of the shops before breakfast for restaurants, cafeterias, sweets stores and chip bakeries, as part of their preparation for the blessed month of Ramadan .

A set of requirements

The municipality explained that the issuance of these permits comes in accordance with a set of requirements, as it requires a permit to prepare foods and offer them for sale during the daytime hours in Ramadan to provide foods outside the situation and is not allowed to receive customers in the food presentation hall, and it is not allowed to prepare and cook foods except within the kitchens only.

As for the permit to display foods for sale in front of the shop before breakfast, it requires the provision of many requirements, including displaying foods on the front sidewalk directly (provided that it is not earthy), and put them in non -rust metal vessels, and displayed in a tightly closed glass box of no less than 100 cm height , And equipped with a tractor door or a joint, and foods must be covered with aluminum or transparent dietary plastic, with the use of food packing materials as well, with the need to keep food The authorized activity.

The municipality indicated that it provided several channels and centers to provide the service of issuing permits, including the municipal studio in Nasiriyah, the municipal center 24, the Khalidiya Center, the Information Center, the permits center, the center of the falcon, the speed and accuracy center, the happiness center, the Rolla Center, the Saif Center, the one -number center and the direction center.
