Sharjah Municipality launches a robot supported by artificial intelligence and the Sultan’s installation platform
Sharjah, February 18 / WAM / The municipality of Sharjah City, during its participation in the Emirates activities, launched 2025 robots, the smart chat supported by artificial intelligence to facilitate the work of its employees in obtaining various information, identifying the human resources law, and inquiring about everything related to it through conversation with the new robot that It was called “Hadd”.
The robot that has been developed by Human Resources Department is highly efficient to answer the various inquiries from employees.
The municipality also launched an installation of Sultan, which is an interactive electronic platform supported by artificial intelligence to explore the heritage of nature in the Emirate of Sharjah and explore the trees and plants that His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah in the emirate, where the user can obtain immediate answers to any information contained The platform with automatic chat system.
Obaid Saeed Al Tunaiji, Director General of Sharjah City Municipality, stressed that the municipality’s participation in the UAE activities is inventing its eagerness and perseverance every year to review the latest innovative projects that were accomplished with employees’ ideas and follow -up of the municipality’s innovation team, which works to motivate employees and support them for creative thinking and provide the necessary capabilities to convert ideas into Quality projects in various fields of municipal work.
He pointed out that innovation is receiving widespread attention from all organizational units in the municipality in line with the digital orientation in various fields and services and within the municipality’s efforts to adapt artificial intelligence in the work system.
