11 Brazilian companies enhance their presence in IDEX 2025
Abu Dhabi, February 19/ WAM/ The International Defense Exhibition “IDEX 2025” is witnessing a quality participation of Brazilian companies specialized in developed defense and security industries, through the Brazilian pavilion, which includes 11 companies under the umbrella of the Brazilian Defense and Security Industry “ABIMDE”.
Antonio Ribeiro, the official spokesman for the Brazil Pavilion and Director of Projects in the Brazilian Defense and Security Industry, stressed that the association currently includes more than 250 companies, pointing out that companies participating in the exhibition seek to discuss opportunities to enhance cooperation with local and international companies in the field of defense and security industries.
He explained in a statement to the Emirates News Agency “WAM”, that the Brazilian companies participating in the exhibition offer a variety of products and services, including small and large ammunition, logistical capabilities, and the development of products, in addition to advanced cyber security solutions.
He pointed out that Brazil is highly focused on developing cyberspace techniques locally, as all cybersecurity solutions in the country are independently developed, including the “Creteos” system, which is one of the most prominent Brazilian projects in this field, as it works to integrate artificial intelligence with Cyber security, which opens new horizons to protect data and address digital threats.
He added that the Brazil Pavilion in “IDEX” includes prominent companies such as “Siad”, which produces anti -ship missiles and “Condor”, which specializes in manufacturing non -deadly munitions, noting that there are extensive opportunities for cooperation between Brazil and the UAE in the field of defense, especially with The presence of Brazilian companies within the UAE “Edge” group.
Brazil’s participation in “IDEX 2025” is an important opportunity to enhance international cooperation in the defense industries sector, as the exhibition represents an ideal platform for exchanging experiences and enhancing partnerships between companies from all over the world, which contributes to supporting innovation and developing advanced defensive solutions.
