The “Pharmaceutical” general assembly agrees to elect 9 members of the Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of the Saudi Pharmaceutical Industries and Medical Supplies Company (Spimako Pharmaceutical) announced the results of the company’s regular general assembly meeting (the first meeting), which was held yesterday.
The company said in a statement on Saudi Arabia’s circulation: The results of the voting on the association’s agenda included:
1. Approval of the election of the members of the Board of Directors from among the candidates for the next session, which starts from the date of April 03, 2025 AD and its duration is 4 years, when it ends on April 02, 2029 AD.
And the members are: d. Ibrahim Al -Jafali, Khaled Al -Rabiah, d. Ahmed Al -Jadeea, d. Fahd Al -Rabiah, Khaled Al -Qwaiz, d. Mai Al -Ajaji, Khaldoun Al -Fakhiri, Faisal Al -Fahdi, Farhan Al -Bawnin.
2. Approval of the candidate’s participation in the membership of the Board of Directors, Dr. Ibrahim Abdul Rahman Al -Juffali, in a competitive work for the company’s work.
3. Lack of approval of the candidate’s participation in the membership of the Board of Directors, Juma Diwan Al -Bahadli, in a competitive work for the company’s work.
