Rittal’s profits increase 31.5% to 266 million riyals in 2024

The profits of Retal Urban Development Company in 2024 increased by 31.5% to 266.12 million riyals, compared to 202.35 million riyals in 2023.
According to the company’s statement on the circulation of Saudi Arabia, the reasons for the rise in net profit are due to:
– The total profit increased by 32% to 499.65 million riyals.
– The increase in the share in the returns of investments, which is held accountable for property rights, to 71.10 million riyals.
This came despite the high public and administrative expenses and the high financing expenses.
Yesterday, the Board of Directors of Retal Urban Development Company decided to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the second half of 2024 AD.
The total amount distributed is 55 million riyals, while the number of shares due for profits is 500 million shares.
The share share of the distribution is 0.11 riyals, while the distribution rate to the nominal share value is 11%.
The right date will be 1446-11-06 corresponding to 2025-05-04, while the distribution date will be 1446-11-17 corresponding to 2025-05-15.
