, according to the newspaper, that Lebanon is going through a critical stage, while rejecting external conditions may reflect a commitment to national sovereignty, it may endanger the country’s ability to receive basic reconstruction aid. If Lebanon aims to rebuild its economy and achieve internal stability, it must address the challenges imposed by the international community realistically .

The newspaper indicated that there is an outbreak in southern Lebanon and the destroyed areas due to the delay, whether by Hezbollah or the Lebanese authorities in rebuilding homes or financing citizens for this purpose ."RTL"> & nbsp;
