King Salman Arabic Complex participates in the London International Book Fair

The King Salman International Complex for Arabic is participating in the London International Book Fair 2025, held in the period from 11 to 13 March, at the Olympia Olympia Center in the British capital, within the unified wing of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which is supervised by the Literature, Publishing and Translation Authority.
This participation comes as an extension of the council’s efforts in supporting the Arabic language and enhancing its presence in international cultural events, and introducing its projects and initiatives that contribute to the service of Arabic linguistic content.

Global cultural platform

The Secretary -General of the Synod, d. Abdullah bin Saleh Al -Washmi, that the London International Book Fair is a global cultural platform that contributes to providing bridges of cooperation between academic and cultural institutions.

He pointed out that the participation of the complex comes within its strategy to enhance the spread of the Arabic language, and to provide scientific and knowledge content that serves specialists and those interested in the language, and establishes its presence in international forums.
The participation of the complex aims to highlight the position of the Arabic language at the global level, by reviewing its modern publications, and introducing its specialized initiatives in the areas of planning and linguistic policy, linguistic computing, educational programs and cultural programs.
In addition to strengthening cultural and academic partnerships that contribute to supporting the spread of the Arabic language and developing its tools, and highlighting the role of the complex in developing modern knowledge tools that enhance the presence of the Arabic language in academic and cultural platforms globally.

The participation of the complex in the exhibition includes providing digital content on its digital library, which allows researchers and specialists to see scientific and cognitive resources that contribute to supporting linguistic studies and enhancing the use of the Arabic language in multiple fields.
This participation falls within the strategic goals of the complex that seeks to achieve a global reference for the Arabic language, expand its use in the research and cultural fields, and to provide a specialized knowledge environment that serves researchers and those interested in the Arabic language, and establishes its position within the influential international languages.
