1.6 million passengers on Etihad Airways during February
Abu Dhabi, March 12 / WAM / Etihad Airways transported 1.6 million passengers during the month of February, recording average load worker of 89%.
The carrier said in a statement that the number of passengers during the first two months of this year amounted to 3.3 million, compared to 2.9 million passengers during the same period from 2024.
Antonaldo Nevis, CEO of the Union Air, said that the movement of passengers witnessed a strong growth of 14% in February compared to the same period last year and with the continued growth of the absorptive capacity, we maintained a strong load factor of 89% to date, with our preparation for a busy year during 2025 and the launch of 14 new destinations.
He added that the carrier approached the operation of 100 aircraft and expected more aircraft in 2025.
