المملكة: Determining vacations for the occupants of educational jobs .. Learn them
The regulations included clear details about the types of holidays and their entitlement periods, with the aim of achieving a balance between the needs of employees and work requirements, taking into account the health and social conditions of workers in this vital sector.
The Ministry confirmed that employees who suffer from health conditions allow them to benefit from the pathological leave that is granted for 30 days with a full wage, followed by 60 days with a wage equivalent to 75% of the salary, then another 30 days without pay, and the sick year is calculated starting from the date of the first leave that the employee gets during the year.
Working women vacations
With regard to the leave of working women, the Ministry has set the status leave for the employee for a period of 12 weeks paid fully, with the possibility of extending the leave according to the conditions regulating this, provided that the maximum period of the additional leave period does not exceed the end of February 2025.
The employee also has the right to obtain a leave after birth according to what is determined by the regulations, and if the newborn needs special care, the leave can be extended based on an accredited medical report.
As for the employee who has a new baby, the controls stipulated that he be given a 3 -day vacation during the first week of the date of birth, in order to enable him to be with his family during this important period.

Social circumstances leave
With regard to the leave related to social conditions, the Ministry has approved the granting of employees working in the educational and administrative jobs, a 5 -day death leave in the event of the death of a relative, with the aim of providing an opportunity for the employee to console his family and deal with the requirements of this emergency circumstance.
The employee, whose husband dies, is awarded several leave for 4 months and 10 days, and if she is pregnant, she has the right to extend the leave until she puts her pregnancy.
Within the leave related to personal occasions, the employee has the right to obtain a 5 -day marriage leave, in order to enable him to celebrate this occasion and prepare for marital life.
Regular leave for workers
The employee, who is forced to accompany one of his family members, has the right to exhaust the balance of his regular leave, and in the event of its completion he can obtain a leave for the patient according to what is determined by the work system.
The Ministry of Education emphasized that the regular leave for contracting workers is considered a periodic annual leave, as it is 30 days, which allows employees the opportunity to rest and renew the activity in a way that reflects positively on their job performance.
These controls are part of the Ministry’s continuous efforts to enhance a stable and balanced work environment, which guarantees the rights of contractual employees and takes into account personal and social conditions for them, in a way that contributes to improving the quality of work and raising the level of productive efficiency, in addition to achieving the job stability of workers in this important sector.
