المملكة: The Minister of Justice approves 12 leadership appointments within the framework of empowering national competencies

Adopt Minister of Justice Dr. Walid Al-Samaani 12 appointments to a number of leadership and supervisory positions in the Ministry, as part of its efforts to enhance institutional maturity, empower qualified national competencies, and expand the base of leaders capable of continuing the development process and raising performance efficiency.

These appointments come as an extension of the Ministry’s approach to investing in human capital, and providing opportunities for national competencies to assume leadership and specialized roles, in a way that enhances Institutional maturity, raises the quality of judicial services, and supports achieving the Ministry’s goals in institutional development.

The appointments also reflect the Ministry’s interest in building qualified leaders in various judicial, regulatory and operational fields, and benefiting from specialized national expertise, in a way that enhances business efficiency, establishes a culture of excellence, and supports the readiness of the justice system for continued development.

The appointments included the appointment of Sami Al-Haqbani as Assistant Undersecretary for Judicial Affairs, and Muhammad Al-Omari as Undersecretary. Assistant Undersecretary for Systems and International Cooperation, Dr. Muhammad Tohri, Assistant Undersecretary for Implementation, Dr. Turki Al-Khathlan, Assistant Undersecretary for Documentation, Abdullah Al-Mujaish, Assistant Undersecretary for Shared Services, Abdulrahman Al-Omari, Assistant Undersecretary for Resources, Othman Al-Zahrani, Assistant Undersecretary for Development and Performance, and Muhammad Al-Fawzan as Assistant General Supervisor of the Minister’s Office. It also included the appointment of Sheikha Al-Tayyar as Director of the Claims Audit Center, Noura Al-Hussein as Director of the Claims Preparation Center, and Haila bin Al-Amir. As Deputy Director of the Claims Audit Center, and Somaya Al-Jasser as Deputy Director of the Claims Preparation Center.

The Ministry confirmed that Empowering national competencies and preparing future leaders represents one of the main capabilities for enhancing the efficiency of institutional performance, establishing a culture of excellence, and ensuring continuity of development, in line with the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
