Experts: Investing in medical personnel is a pillar for developing the quality of health care in the Emirates
Abu Dhabi, June 14 / WAM / Experts in the health sector stressed the necessity of investing in medical and administrative personnel in the UAE as it is the basic foundation for developing health services and improving the quality of care provided to patients.
This came during an annual event organized by Apollonia and Synergy Dental Group in the capital, Abu Dhabi, with the participation of government and private agencies, academic institutions and partners from various relevant sectors.
The event formed a platform to review the role of institutional partnerships in supporting the development of health services and promoting community initiatives, in addition to highlighting the most prominent cooperation stations implemented during the past years, and the importance of integrating roles between the health, academic and community sectors in supporting the quality of health care and expanding the scope of awareness programmes.
The event discussed a number of programs and initiatives that the group participated in implementing during the last period, including health awareness activities and initiatives supporting different groups of society, in addition to efforts to support education and continuing training in the medical and health fields.
She highlighted the importance of developing medical and administrative competencies and their role in improving patient experience and enhancing the efficiency of health institutions, as well as the importance of employing modern technologies and accelerating digital transformation paths to build more efficient, effective and sustainable health care models.
Dr. Yasser Haj Hamid, founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Apollonia and Synergy Dental Group, said that building sustainable partnerships with various stakeholders represents one of the basic axes for developing the health sector and enhancing its ability to respond to the needs of society, noting that cooperation between health, academic and community institutions contributes to achieving more sustainable results with a broader impact.
