A federal judge orders the return of employees that the Trump administration was released

On Thursday, an American judge ordered 6 federal agencies to re -employ thousands of employees that the administration of President Donald Trump had been exported, as part of a program implemented to reduce the size of the government, according to the New York Times.
According to the newspaper, Judge William considered the argument of the “weak performance” that the Trump administration relied on to implement these collective demobilization operations as a “trick aimed at evading legal requirements” to lay off these employees, and the judge issued his ruling on a lawsuit filed by employee unions.

Return employees

He ordered the ministries of treasury and old warriors affairs, agriculture, defense, energy and interior to return each employee who illegally separated to his job.
“For a sad day, our government will separate a good employee and claim that it does this based on his performance, and she knows very well that this is a lie,” Alsoub said during a hearing in San Francisco.
