Distribution of cash dividends to the owners of the Rett sharing fund units

Financial participation company announced the distribution of cash dividends to the owners of the Rett sharing fund units for the period from 01 July 2024 to December 31, 2024 AD.
According to the company’s statement on the circulation of Saudi Arabia, the cash distributions of Al -Wehdat owners will be according to the record of the owners of the units at the end of Wednesday on 03/26/2025 AD corresponding to 09/26/1446 AH (the end of the trading day on 03/23/20025 AD corresponding to 09/24/1446 AH).
The company said: The total distributed profits are 12,250,850 riyals, while the number of existing units in which the monetary distributions will take place on the basis of 88 million.
She added that the value of the profit distributed for each unit is 0.139 riyals, while the distribution rate of the net asset value is 1.6%.
She pointed out that the distribution rate is from the net value of the assets, as on the date of 1445-12-24 corresponding to 2024-06-30.
She stated that the date of payment of distributions: within 30 working days from the date of entitlement.
