“Dubai Health” organized the second version of the “Al -Amal Clinic” charitable initiative, at the Jalila Children’s Hospital, with the aim of providing basic health care services for children who are unable to access medical services.

The General Administration of Identity and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai participated in the initiative, where gifts were distributed to children, in addition to the participation of the beloved cartoon characters (Salem and Salama), who interacted with children in an experience full of joy and happiness, as well as the Emirates Literature Foundation contributed to the initiative to organize reading and education activities for children.

Providing comprehensive and sustainable health care

He added: “We thank the General Administration of Identity and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai, the Emirates Foundation for Literature, and all volunteers from medical, nursing and administrative cadres, and students of Mohammed bin Rashid University for Medicine and Health Sciences, for their efforts in the success of the initiative and the introduction of happiness into the hearts of children. The values ​​of social solidarity and solidarity. “

For his part, Deputy Executive Director of Al -Jalila Children’s Hospital and Latifa Hospital, Dr. Mohamed Al -Awadi, said: “We are proud of the remarkable success achieved during its second edition, as medical care services provided 300 children who are unable to reach health care services in more than 20 medical specialties, recording a 20% increase compared to last year. The initiative also included providing medical follow -up to 45 children from beneficiaries in the first version, who were subjected For long -term treatment programs.

He continued: “We value the efforts of the participating team in the success of the initiative, as it witnessed the participation of 100 volunteers of medical, nursing and administrative cadres, as well as students of Mohammed bin Rashid University for Medicine and Health Sciences, and they all contributed to providing health care for children, confirming Dubai’s noble health message in supporting charitable work and enhancing social responsibility.”

The “Hope Clinic” initiative provided specialized health care services for children over the course of a full day, which included more than 20 medical specialties, most notably: general pediatrics, endocrine, genetic and genetic diseases, allergies and immunity, kidney, nerves, psychiatry, orthopedics, infectious diseases, digestive system, dentistry, nose, and throat, pediatric surgery, and cosmetics for children.
