The Board of Directors of “Arab Mills” recommends distributing profits for the year 2024

The Board of Directors of the Arab Mills Company for Food Products recommended distributing cash dividends to shareholders for the year 2024 AD.
The company said in a statement to the Saudi circulation: The total amount distributed is 30,275,853.54 riyals.
She added that the number of shares due for profits is 51,315,006, while the share share of the distribution is 0.59 riyals, while the distribution rate to the nominal share value is 5.9%.
She stated that the right to shareholders ownership of shares at the end of the trading on the day of the company’s general assembly and the registered in the company’s shareholders ’registry with the Securities Depository Center Company (deposit) at the end of the second trading day that follows the day of the company’s general assembly, which will be determined later, while the date of the distribution will be announced later.

The resignation of a member of the Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of the Arab Mills Company for Food Products approved the acceptance of the resignation of a member of the Board of Directors Ahmed bin Ali bin Abdullah Al -Dakhil (a non -executive member) from his position, on 09/19/1446 AH corresponding to 03/19/2025 AD.
She explained that the member’s resignation for special reasons.
