Rashid bin Humaid Al -Ramadani Council discusses the future of Emirati sport

Ajman, on March 20 / WAM / Rashid bin Humaid Al -Ramadani Council concluded its various sessions with a sporting evening, which witnessed the attendance and participation of Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al -Nuaimi, head of the Municipality and Planning Department in Ajman, and those with experience of sports officials in the country and club heads and media.
Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al -Nuaimi, at the beginning of the evening, which was moderated by the journalist Meshaal Al -Qahtani, welcomed the attendees, stressing that the sports field in the UAE includes many stature that make great efforts to develop future plans in the sports sector to raise the banner of the UAE in all international sports forums.
Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al -Nuaimi appreciated the efforts of the Football Association headed by His Excellency Sheikh Hamdan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, his continuous supervision and supportive directives, indicating that the national team possesses many ingredients and technical stability, due to the support and care that the rational leadership attaches to the sports sector, which contributed to qualifying the team in important confrontations and their continuous endeavor to achieve the achievements in the World Cup qualifiers.
Sheikh Rashid touched on a number of important sports files that concern the sector, including: the history of the technical coach of the national team, the file of professional players, the duties of the technical staff, the readiness of local players, the role of the Professional League League, calling for a full focus, increased preparations, reviewing technical reports and discussing various views of the interest of the national team results.
He said: We trust in the members of the national team and their technical level, and we aspire to complete the journey and represent the homeland and win the achievements in the World Cup qualifiers, whether in today’s match against Iran and also the upcoming match on March 25, against North Korea, and I wish all the best and good wishes for our national team against these teams, pointing to the importance of mental and physical evocation of the national team team and supporting it in all the expected confrontations.
He explained that the continuous improvement and the desired development comes with the solidarity of efforts, the cohesion of goals and the adoption of innovative ideas, adding that the responsibility is common between clubs and the management of the national team in order to search for young national cadres, with the aim of reaching the joint benefit that meets the expectations of the masses, believing in everyone the importance and size of the responsibility assigned to represent the country in the best way, and expressing belonging to it and cherishing it.
Sheikh Rashid indicated that the UAE has the second strongest league in the Arab Gulf region, which is determined by the level, good performance and official results, noting the importance of improving the regulations that support the UAE league and searching for positive opportunities to reach the desired results.
He stressed that the vision of the wise leadership contributed to supporting experiences and achieving the achievements of the Olympic Games in Paris, according to deliberate plans and methodology, which was gradually applied to ensure the maximum benefit from them.
He also touched on the leading sporting experiences in a number of new continents and championships announced by FIFA, including the Club World Cup and the “Super League” in the African continent, which can be exited from lessons benefiting to enhance and develop sport in the region.
His Excellency Khalfan Jumaa praised Al -Hall, Vice -President of the Dubai Sports Council at the Rashid bin Humaid Al -Ramadan Council and its various sessions and initiatives, pointing to development ideas to attract more fans to the UAE league and improve the local club system.
His Excellency Issa Hilal Al -Hazami, Chairman of the Sharjah Sports Council, called for a national project for the renaissance of the sports file in the country and facing challenges in the sector, providing training centers for national teams, and maximizing the role of expertise in the sector to raise the Emirates banner in all international sports forums.
The journalist Rashid Al -Zaabi talked about investing in youth and searching for new talents in various sports in a modern way, especially with the support of sports officials to benefit from these talents through good planning under a unified sporting umbrella.
The participants in the evening presented a number of proposals and ideas to develop sports in the country, stressing that there are many opportunities and continuous support for effective competition and achieved successes in various sports.
