The UAE enhances global humanitarian support for refugees and displaced people from Sudan and neighboring countries

On the day of Zayed, the UAE presented a leading initiative that reflects its keenness to mobilize regional and international efforts to provide the necessary humanitarian support to the displaced and refugees from Sudan and neighboring countries.

The UAE, in cooperation with a number of friendly countries and representatives of international organizations, participated in organizing a high -level humanitarian visit to the Gurum refugee camp in the city of Juba, southern Sudan, based on the UAE’s belief in the importance of building a large -scale regional and international response to confront the humanitarian catastrophe of Sudan, and coordinate efforts to reduce the suffering of the brotherly Sudanese people and extend a helping hand to the displaced and support the needy in various Throughout the world.
