In implementation of the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, may God preserve him, and the follow -up of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai, the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Corporation presented during the first half of 2025 a total of 3,027 residential facilities with a total value of more than 1.725 billion dirhams The Foundation was keen to enhance family stability and social welfare of citizens.

Details of the housing package

The housing package includes 1390 residential facilities worth 1.184 billion dirhams to support citizens in construction, maintenance and purchase of housing, and 935 residential grants worth 540.3 million dirhams that include maintenance, construction and ownership of housing, in addition to 695 residential land grants within the integrated support system to enable citizens to have appropriate housing.
