Abu Dhabi, March 20 / WAM / The Government Empowerment Department – Abu Dhabi has successfully concluded the activities of the seventh session of the “meetings of the leaders of the Abu Dhabi government” held at the Abu Dhabi Heritage Hotel under the slogan “Leadership to build a more prosperous society”.

This year’s meetings came in line with the 2025 years of society, and focused on enhancing communication between the leaders of leaders and supporting joint cooperation to achieve more achievements for the future of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

The meetings were collected by more than 100 leaders and officials from the Abu Dhabi government, from the agents of government agencies and executives who participated in a distinctive interactive activity that enhances the ability to overcome challenges and supports strategic thinking, in addition to participatory leadership skills that are necessary to advance the transformation process in Abu Dhabi.

His Excellency Ahmed Tamim Hisham Al -Kitab, head of the Government Empowerment Department, said that the leading governments begin with the presence of individuals with the ability to lead and distinguished, and we are keen to develop leadership skills as part of our investment in the future, through the leadership meetings this year that constituted an opportunity to develop and cooperate, and we renew our commitment to developing talents and preparing work teams capable of overcoming future challenges through adopting a culture of culture Constant learning in our endeavor to enable a qualified and flexible workforce.

The “meetings of the leaders of the Abu Dhabi government” is a platform for communication and exchange of knowledge, and reflects the firm commitment of the Abu Dhabi government to improve the performance of the government by relying on individuals, enhancing the culture of continuous learning and developing talents to build leaders capable of leading the future.

Under the leadership of the famous performance scientist Nikki McLeeri, the meetings prompted 100 leaders to address the challenges of searching and rescue tasks designed based on realistic scenarios and tested these activities based on the science of interaction and human performance, the process of decision -making, communication and cooperation under pressure.
