Muhammad bin Sultan: Zakia Mansour bin Muhammad for the presidency of the Olympic Committee reflects his great position for all athletes
Abu Dhabi, March 27/ WAM/ Sheikh Mohammed bin Sultan bin Khalifa Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Marine Sports Federation and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Marine Sports Club, congratulated His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum on the occasion of his election as Chairman of the National Olympic Committee for the 2024-2028 by acclamation.
Sheikh Mohammed bin Sultan bin Khalifa expressed his appreciation for the association’s confidence of the Olympic Committee obtained by His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Mohammed bin Rashid, stressing that the next stage will witness the continuation of the development process for sports work in the country, in light of the experience enjoyed by His Highness, and his full record in supporting and developing the sports sector in its various fields.
He stressed that the election of His Highness by acclamation reflects the great position he enjoys in the hearts of athletes and various sports institutions, pointing out that this choice constitutes a strong motivation to strengthen the sports work system, and support the national federations and cadres to compete in the largest continental and international forums.
Sheikh Mohammed bin Sultan bin Khalifa hoped for His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Muhammad to continue the march of achievements that lead the UAE to regional, continental and global leadership.
