Trump is likened to the condemnation of Marine Le Pen in France with his judicial battles in America
“She was banned for five years, and she is the most fortunate candidate. This resembles our country, is completely similar to it,” Trump told reporters at the White House, considering the court’s decision to condemn Luban to embezzlement and prevent her from running for the elections, a “extremely important issue.”
The condemnation of Marine Le Pen
The French judiciary ruled Monday that the leader of the extremist right -wing leader Marine Le Pen to run for the elections for five years, undermined her chances of contesting the presidential elections scheduled for the year 2027, after being convicted of embezzling public funds, in what she considered a “political decision.”
“I will not allow me to be honest in this way. I will resort to possible ways of repercussions. There is a little possibility. It is definitely little, but it is standing,” she said, noting that “practices we believed were exclusive to authoritarian regimes.”
She added to the French channel “TF1”: “There are millions of French who believe in me, millions of French who trust me (…) I have been fighting injustice for 30 years, and I will continue to do this until the end,” stressing that “it will not leave political life in any way.”
Loubn, 56, was sentenced to four years in prison, two of which were surrounded by an electronic bracelet.
