The Myanmar earthquake .. Humanitarian organizations intensify urgent relief efforts
UNICEF called on the international community to solidarity and urgent humanitarian response as a result of the recent earthquake.
The organization explained that it started to connect emergency relief materials, including nutrition, water, medicines and hygiene supplies, indicating that it works in very difficult circumstances in light of the lack of financing, electricity, sanitation and communications.
The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees has announced that it has sent emergency aid to about 25,000 survivors of the Myanmar earthquake, in the Mandalay and Ni -Tau regions, and is working on more supplies from its stocks.

On the other hand, the World Health Organization has provided 3 tons of medical supplies to hospitals in Mandalay and NiaB Tao, within 24 hours of the earthquake.
The organization indicated that it is being exclusively for hospitals and affected medical facilities, and that 3 of them are severely affected, 22 partially affected and continue to receive the injured from critical cases.
