المملكة: The seizure of 18 thousand in violation of the residence, work and border security systems within a week

Common field campaigns continue to follow up and control violators of residence, work and border security systems in all regions of the Kingdom.
The campaigns that took place for the period from 27 March to 02 April 2025 resulted in the following results:

Seize the violators

First: The total violators who were seized by joint security campaigns in all regions of the Kingdom reached (18407) violators, including (12995) violating the residence system, (3512) violating the border security system, and (1900) violating the work system.

Second: The total of those who were caught during their attempt to cross the border into the Kingdom reached (1260) people (28%) of whom are nationals, (66%) Ethiopo, and (06%) other nationalities, and (67) people were seized for trying to cross the borders outside the Kingdom in an irregular manner.
Third: (21) were seized, involved in the transfer, accommodation and operation of violators of residence, work, border security and covering them.
Fourth: The total of those currently being subjected to the procedures for implementing the regulations (34201) reached a violator, including (32453) men and (1748) women.

Fifth: (27,288) were referred in violation of their diplomatic missions to obtain travel documents, and (1762) were referred in violation of the completion of their travel reservations, and the deportation of (7523) in violation.
The Ministry of Interior confirmed that everyone who facilitates the entry of violators of the border security system to the Kingdom or transferred them inside or provides them with shelter or provides them with any assistance or service in any way, exposes himself to penalties up to 15 years in prison, a financial fine of one million riyals, and the confiscation of the transportation and housing used for accommodation, in addition to defaming it.
She explained that this crime is one of the major crimes that lead to arrest, and the violation of honor and honesty, in order to report any cases that violate the number (911) in the regions of Makkah, Riyadh and the East, (999) and (996) in the rest of the Kingdom.
