المملكة: The “Human Capacity Initiative” conference reveals the list of speakers
The list of speakers in the second edition of the conference includes 300 of the most prominent leaders, policymakers and international experts from academic sectors, companies, international organizations, and non -profit institutions from more than 38 countries, participating in more than 100 dialogue sessions aimed at exchanging experiences and discussing ideas that support the enhancement of human capabilities to keep pace with the rapid changes in the world.
The conference will witness a ministerial round table meeting with the participation of 20 ministers from different countries of the world, in addition to a group of international experts specializing in the fields of education and technology, and it will highlight through the “success platform”, on more than 35 Saudi speakers to review their inspiring success stories.
A global future dialogue
The conference aims to unify international efforts and enrich global dialogue in a way that contributes to drawing the future of human capabilities and building a prosperous global economy in light of the future transformations of the labor market during the next five years, by harnessing the latest means to create an educational environment that stimulates creativity and innovation, and to build interconnected societies, in which everyone feels affiliation and responsibility towards others, to ensure the growth of society, and to enable individuals and societies to build A better future, by making sustainable solutions and a continuous impact.
The Executive Vice President of the Human Capacity Development Program, Dr. Badour Al -Rays, explained that the conference hosts a group of local and international experts to work to formulate solutions and strategies supporting the preparation for the development of human capabilities for the post -future, in line with the rapid transformations in the labor market during the next five years, in light of the accelerated technical progress, while directing discussions towards developing human capabilities and enhancing their readiness to confront them Future challenges.
The announcement of the names of the speakers of the conference program coincides with the report issued by the World Economic Forum last month, which revealed that about 59% of the global workforce will need to be rehabilitated by 2030 to keep pace with transformations in the global labor market, and the editorial ensures that the gap in skills represents a major challenge to economic transformations, hinders progress in various sectors and imposes new pressure on workers and employers.
The Human Capacity Initiative Conference will be held in partnership with the Ministry of Education, and the Ministry will organize the International Education Exhibition (EDGEX) for the period 13-16 April 2025 AD at the Ritzcarton Hotel in Riyadh, to form the week of human capabilities and education, as a platform for launching the full capabilities of human capabilities.
