“FIFA” supports the wishes to reconcile motherhood and arbitration

FIFA confirmed its commitment to support international governances and enable them to reconcile motherhood and arbitration, in conjunction with the World Health Day, which happened yesterday April 7.

Pepana Steinhaus-Wip, head of the Women’s Football Department in “FIFA”, stressed the importance of providing a fair and comprehensive environment for the rulings, noting that motherhood is no longer an obstacle to reaching the highest levels, including arbitration in the World Cup.

She said that “FIFA” is working with pioneering rulers from all over the world, and that some of them are expected to be mothers who face special challenges, noting that the federation provides them with the necessary support to reach the elite level safely.
