The President of the State confirms the UAE’s keenness to enhance global energy security

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, received today Chris Wright, Minister of Energy in the United States of America, who is visiting the state as part of a regional tour in the Middle East.

His Highness discussed with the USA Minister of Energy – during the meeting that took place at the Beach Palace in Abu Dhabi – the strategic cooperation relations between the UAE and the United States of America, especially in the fields of energy and joint investments in advanced technology, artificial intelligence and sustainable economic growth in addition to finding new opportunities that enhance investment in the energy sector.

In this context, His Highness affirmed the UAE’s keenness to enhance its constructive and extended partnerships with the United States of America, which is based on effective cooperation to advance progress and joint development .. His Highness also affirmed the state’s commitment to contribute to enhancing energy security in a way that supports the global economy for the benefit of all.
