Hala Sidky responds to her accusation of false testimony

In a new development in the communication presented by Shalimar Al Sharbatly, the wife of director Khaled Youssef, against the artist Hala Sidqi to submit the false certificate in the case of the theft of director Omar Zahran for her jewelry, Hala underwent interrogation in the total South Giza Prosecution, where the prosecution ruled that the artist disburse the artist after listening to her statements in the investigations into the report against her.

According to the investigations, the artist was confronted with evidence indicating a false testimony in favor of Zahran, where the crime aura was attributed to the director Khaled Youssef, and he categorically denied the charges against her, stressing that she did not witness falsehood.

She explained that the sayings that she had, came from a friend close to Shalimar Al -Sharbatly, had repeatedly alluded to her that Khaled Youssef is the perpetrator in the incident of the theft of jewelry, based on information that was confirmed by the theft records numbers.

For his part, the lawyer of the artist Hala Sidqi, Counselor Sherif Hafez, presented a strong defense in the case, stressing that the testimonies presented by his client were in the context of her knowledge that Omar Zahran was not involved in theft.

Hafez explained that the court did not rely on the certificate of Sidqi, whether in the affirmative or robbery, which makes its statements not affecting the court’s decision on the case.

Shalimar Sherbetli had submitted a report against both Hala Sidky, the media Basma Wahba, and the writer Amal Othman, accusing them of false testimony, insults and slander.

Shalimar Sharbatly’s lawyer confirmed that the certificates submitted by the complainant before the court were supporting Omar Zahran’s innocence, while they attributed the crime to Khaled Youssef. (she has)
