The Attorney General of the State Security Court confirms the end of legal procedures related to cases that were targeting national security and referring them to the court

The Public Prosecutor of the State Security Court, Brigadier General Military Judge Ahmed Talaat Shalhalog, stated that the Public Prosecution of the State Security Court ended all legal procedures related to a group of detainees with a number of cases announced yesterday, and referred it to the court.
According to the accusation regulations, the Prosecutor of the State Security Court assigned the accused in the case of missile manufacturing Abdullah Hisham and Moaz Al -Ghanem, the charge of a felony for manufacturing weapons with the intention of using them illegally in partnership, contrary to the provisions of Articles (3/F) and (7/c) of the Law on Terrorism No. 55 of 2006 and its amendments, and in terms of Article (7/and) of the same law.
He also assigned the accusation of the felony of intervention by manufacturing weapons with the intention of using them illegally, contrary to the provisions of Articles (3/f) and (7/c) of the Law on Terrorism No. 55 of 2006 and its amendments to the accused Mohsen Al -Ghanem.
The Prosecutor of the State Security Court also assigned a felony to carry out actions that violate public order and endanger the safety of society and its security, contrary to the provisions of Articles (2) and (7/i) of the Terrorism Prevention Law No. 55 of 2006 and its amendments for the three defendants Abdullah Hisham, Moaz Al -Ghanem, and Mohsen Al -Ghanem.
In the case of the project to manufacture drones, the Prosecutor of the accused Ali Qassem, Abdul Aziz Haroun, Abdullah Al -Haddar and Ahmed Khalifa assigned a felony to carry out acts that violate public order and endanger the safety of society and its security in contravention of the provisions of Articles (2 and 7/i) of the Law on the Prevention of Terrorism No. (55) for the year 2006 and its amendments.
In the recruitment cases, the Prosecutor of the State Security Court assigned the accused Khadr Abdulaziz, Ayman Ajlawi, Muhammad Saleh, Marwan Al -Hawamdeh, and Anas Abu Awad on the charge of a felony to carry out acts that violate public order and endanger the safety of society and its security, contrary to the provisions of Articles (2 and 7/i) of the Law on the Prevention of Terrorism No. 55 of 2006 and its amendments.
In the case of transporting and storing explosive materials and automatic weapons that were smuggled from abroad and hidden a missile in one of the suburbs of Amman, it is pending before the State Security Court and it is in the stage of defensive evidence in which 4 accused are tried.
The Minister of Governmental Communication, the government’s official spokesman, Dr. Mohamed Al -Momani, announced yesterday, Tuesday, that 16 members were arrested in several cases that were aimed at prejudice to national security and raised chaos inside the Kingdom.
