“Dubai Health” adopts a program to measure and improve patient experience

“Dubai Health” today announced the adoption of the pioneering “Brice Jenny” program, to measure the experience of patients in its health facilities through opinion questionnaires designed specifically for each treatment trip, which varies according to medical specialties, in the context of its continuous endeavor to develop its services, in a way that meets the needs of patients.
Through this program, Dubai aims to achieve four main goals, which are measuring patients ’experience and impressions in various health facilities during treatment periods, determining applicable proposals to improve their experience, compare the performance of health facilities with their peculiarities with distinct performance, improving the main fields and determining their impact on patients according to the type of facility and service provided.
Patient opinions are surveyed through a text message sent to them after the end of their treatment journey, the message includes a question for the questionnaire that allows them to share their experience and observations about the level of service, while the opinions of patients residing about the level of service are surveyed by contacting them by phone, and these questionnaires target all patients in all medical specialties.
The Foundation indicated that it will work to analyze and study the opinions of patients and their important observations about their therapeutic experience, which allows the identification of strengths and opportunities for improvement, and then setting the necessary plans and strategies to improve the quality of care and enhance customer satisfaction.
This program supports the continuous efforts of “Dubai Health” in consolidating an environment that focuses on continuous cooperation and learning, ensuring that Dubai’s position as a world leading destination in the field of health care.
